Reyleigh is a mom of three children under the age of five. She has a background in psychology and business and has spent the last year scaling her social media marketing agency, ONVI & Co. Social. Named after her three children—Oliver, Nora, and Violet—ONVI & Co. Social is less than a year old and has already reached consistent 10K months.

Realizing that there doesn’t need to be an either/or choice between career and motherhood, Reyleigh seeks to help other moms find their voice in the world of entrepreneurship and small business.
