Jo Morgan is an award-winning entrepreneur, community advocate, and Founder/CEO of Ashanti’s Heart Behavioral Health, a multi-service organization dedicated to restoring communities through accessible mental and behavioral healthcare. As the visionary behind programs such as Rabbit Day Treatment, Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PRS), and residential and home-based services, Jo has built a continuum of care that supports youth and adults facing behavioral health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Her work focuses on creating safe, structured environments where individuals—especially those from underserved populations—can heal, grow, and rediscover purpose.

Driven by both professional expertise and personal experience, Jo’s mission is rooted in resilience, grief, and a deep commitment to community transformation. After the loss of her son, she turned her pain into purpose, expanding her impact to include housing and mentoring young men, advocating for mental health awareness, and launching initiatives that uplift entire families. A reigning Miss Woman Entrepreneur International titleholder, Jo continues to use her voice and platform to inspire change, champion equity in healthcare, and remind others that “edifying the community is everyone’s responsibility.”

about the show

Behind every successful mompreneur is the knowledge most mothers never learn.

"Mompreneurs" is a curated docuseries featuring mothers who have mastered business and wealth-building in the real world. They’ve often done it while managing e-commerce stores, real estate portfolios, coaching practices, product lines, and investment strategies.

These aren't corporate executives climbing someone else's ladder.

They are mothers and entrepreneurs who created their businesses. They found their own path to generating wealth and achieving financial freedom while still being present for their families.

Across each episode, mompreneurs break down their strategies, share their secrets, and teach practical business and financial wisdom that most mothers never learned.

Each episode is carefully produced with authenticity and intention. The entire series focuses on real experience, proven strategies, and the realities of building wealth as a mother in today's world.

This is entrepreneurship beyond theory. It's told and shared by the mothers who live it and have mastered it.
