Ebony Gardner is an entrepreneur, business owner, and senior care advocate dedicated to creating meaningful solutions for aging adults and their families. After becoming a mother at 15 years old, she refused to let her circumstances define her future. Inspired by her grandmother’s battle with Alzheimer’s disease, Ebony founded Caldore Acres, an adult day health center committed to helping seniors remain active, engaged, and connected while providing support and peace of mind to caregivers. Today, she continues to expand her impact through entrepreneurship, community leadership, and a vision to increase access to quality senior care. Her mission is to prove that success is not determined by where one starts, but by the willingness to keep moving forward and create opportunities that positively impact the lives of others.
