Dr. Carrie Baumann was born while her father was in veterinary school, marking the beginning of her lifelong connection to veterinary medicine. An avid horsewoman, she began riding at age three and continues to ride to this day. Growing up in the industry, Carrie learned early on that pets are truly family. Early in her career, she met her husband, Michael, and together they raised two wonderful children, Hannah and Nicholas, who are now adults and students at her alma mater, The Ohio State University.
After purchasing her own practice, Carrie truly understood the challenges working mothers face while juggling family, a career, and daily life. Dr. Baumann takes all of these roles to heart and is deeply passionate about every aspect of her personal and professional life. She lives by the belief that grace, compassion, and kindness will always find their way back to you. Today, she lives and practices in Northeast Ohio alongside her family, three dogs, four cats, two horses, and two goats.
