Dr. Anna Berin is a licensed mental health practitioner, entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of Berin Psych, a boutique mental health and wellness group practice serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a two-time Hall of Fame inductee in high school tennis and college track and field. A Belarusian-Jewish immigrant, Dr. Berin arrived in the United States as a refugee from Belarus. She built her career through purpose, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to the nonprofit sector, dedicating her work to serving children, youth, and their families in underserved communities.
After more than 15 years in community mental health and organizational leadership, she made the difficult decision to leave the security of public service to build a values-driven practice centered on authentic leadership, meaningful relationships, and sustainable impact. As a mother, partner, wife, business owner, and advocate for intentional living, Dr. Berin believes success is measured not by titles or achievements, but by the lives people help transform. Her work extends beyond clinical practice to leadership development, business consulting, and public speaking, where she challenges others to lead with courage, align their work with their values, and embrace growth through life's inevitable uncertainty. Her story reflects the belief that the greatest transformations begin long before success becomes visible and that meaningful leadership starts by investing in people.
