Crimson Hamilton is a former second-grade teacher, entrepreneur, and mom of two boys. For years, she believed the path to success was earning a degree, working hard, and building a stable career. But after her son's diagnosis, constantly having to ask permission to be present for her family, and experiencing a situation in which money was stolen from her, she felt powerless. That was when she realized she wanted more—more flexibility, more freedom, and more control over her family's future. Determined to create a different path, she started building an online business while still teaching full-time.

Today, Crimson is the founder and CEO of Fallon Gems, a growing eCommerce company she built while balancing motherhood, teaching, and the realities of everyday life. Building Fallon Gems gave her firsthand experience in creating and scaling an online business, which led to her role as an eCommerce coach with Ecom Babes. There, she helps other women start and grow businesses of their own.

Crimson is passionate about showing women that they don't need a huge following, expensive ads, influencers, or perfect circumstances to succeed. Her mission is to help women stop waiting for more time, more money, or more confidence and start building a life and business that work for them today.
