Brittany Megrath, author of Mailbox Millions, is the Managing Broker, Principal, and Founder of M Square Commercial, a national commercial real estate brokerage she launched in 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada. What began as a tenant-representation practice has grown into a platform operating in more than 60 markets nationwide, with completed transactions in 15 states and over $100 million in transacted real estate value alongside her team. Before entering commercial real estate, Brittany built a foundation in elite performance: she graduated high school at 16, studied ballet at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and spent more than a decade dancing professionally across the U.S. and Canada before concluding her performing career as a featured dancer in Don Arden’s Jubilee! in Las Vegas.
Today, Brittany works across acquisitions and dispositions, with experience spanning raw land, retail, fitness, quick-service restaurants (QSR), car washes, and automotive services. She is also the owner of Apex Performance Lube, a quick-lube oil change location in Charles City, Iowa. She serves as a third-party consultant to one of the nation’s largest developers, managing development projects, excess land strategies, and build-to-suit programs with national brands. Voted a Top CREi Influencer two years in a row, Brittany is also an educator and community builder committed to expanding access to retail real estate investing. Through her teaching, network, and platform, she helps new investors evaluate deals, understand site fundamentals, and build repeatable systems for making confident real estate decisions.
