Brenna brings nearly two decades of executive leadership experience to the forefront of the regenerative movement, blending 10 years in Corporate Social Responsibility with 9 years as a nonprofit CEO. As a certified permaculture designer, she applies a living systems lens to all her work.

Today, Brenna leads B the Light Consulting and serves as the founder of The Regenerative World Quest, a solutions-based nonprofit initiative fiscally sponsored by the Savory Institute. The Regenerative World Quest (RWQ) is a multi-year, international, immersive research project designed to identify, study, and uplift approximately 100 communities around the world that are practicing regenerative ways of living.

The goal of RWQ is to discover and implement replicable solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges—solutions that already have proof of concept, demonstrate measurable impact, and contribute to long-term community resilience.
