Bradesia Batchelor is a mother of two, published author, caregiver advocate, and founder and CEO of Chymeene’s Uniforms—a purpose-driven uniform brand created to help caregivers, healthcare professionals, and service-industry workers feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in the work they do. With more than 13 years of caregiving experience and a background in medical assisting, Bradesia understands firsthand the strength, professionalism, and compassion required to care for others while raising a family and building a business.

Her mission was inspired by her older brother, Dianieces Grant, who became a quadriplegic after being struck by a drunk driver as a child. Bradesia began helping care for him at the age of 13 and later became his professional caregiver. After losing him following experiences of abuse and neglect, she transformed her grief into advocacy and entrepreneurship. Through Chymeene’s Uniforms and the Shibazz Foundation, Bradesia is committed to raising awareness, promoting dignity in care, and helping reduce abuse and neglect within the disability community.
